Lezanne is the queen of QS’s. Having built up a recruitment career based on placing commercial staff, there is nothing about this sector Lezanne doesn’t know. Lezanne’s career has gone from Recruitment consultant up to Sales Director, training and mentoring large teams of consultants. She is a fine example of knowing the sector inside out and would probably be a QS if she wasn’t recruiting them!
Lezanne can offer advice to those starting out their career and how to progress it and will advise impartially in order for you to make the right decisions for you.
Lezanne is a Certified NLP Practitioner
In her spare time, Lezanne loves to spend time with her daughter, Lily, and is also training in Jui Jitsu.

Marc Craig
I was introduced to Marc a few years ago, by a legend called Jordan. He said “I think he will be really good in recruitment”. I worked with Jordan for a few years and he knew what we looked for in a person and I trusted his judgement. I got on well with Marc from day 1. He was smart, worked hard and connected with people. In a very short space of time, he understood the recruitment concept and built up some great relationships with both clients and candidates.
Marc has now worked in the Construction recruitment business for over 3 years now and has a great understanding of the different roles and sectors within the construction market. He works with people within:

- Pre-Construction
- Planning and Estimating
- Health and Safety and Customer care
I am now over the moon to have Marc working for HLP Consulting and know that he is going to be a wonderful asset to the business.
