Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted efficiently and safely while maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team and supervising daily operations to meet organisational goals. Our Client is a Main Contractor wit most projects being £1m to £5m.
This will suit someone who can run a new Build or Refurb project from start to finish. You will be reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including reports on productivity and safety incidents.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a relevant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations is essential.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in management or related fields are advantageous.

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
