My Story

For more than 20 years, I have helped people move forward in their careers. But the work was never only about jobs—it was about confidence, identity and what becomes possible when somebody feels truly seen.

I created HLP around one belief: people make their best decisions when they have clarity about what they want, courage to act on it and the right support to create change.

Today, HLP brings together specialist commercial-construction recruitment and deeply human coaching. Both begin in the same place: an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.

Clarity. Courage. Change.

You were never lost. You may simply have outgrown where you were.
